The MBTI^® Certification Program consists of a four-day workshop that explains psychological type theory, gives examples of how type is used by both individuals and organizations, and teaches participants how to deliver feedback for the MBTI^® Step I (Form M) and MBTI^® Step II (Form Q) instruments.
